Know Your Ride at National Night Out
Bringing Youth Bike & E-Bike Safety into a Community Celebration
At National Night Out in Issaquah, Know Your Ride joined families, neighbors, and local safety partners to share practical bike and e-bike guidance. Through a youth-led safety station, the event created space for hands-on learning, family conversations, free helmet distribution, and stronger community awareness around safer riding.

Know Your Ride brought a youth-led safety presence to National Night Out, offering bike-type guidance, visible safety materials, and approachable conversations for riders and families. Community members stopped by to learn more about helmets, bike and e-bike safety, and the everyday habits that make a ride safer before the wheels move.
How Know Your Ride engaged
